These Terms of Service govern your use of pompelmi.app (the "Site"). By accessing the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. pompelmi Open-Source Software
The pompelmi npm package and all associated source code are provided under the ISC License (functionally equivalent to the MIT License). The full license text is available in the repository: github.com/pompelmi/pompelmi/blob/main/LICENSE.
Use of the pompelmi software is subject exclusively to the terms of the ISC License. These Terms of Service do not restrict or expand your rights under that license.
3. Right to Modify the Site
Tommaso Bertocchi reserves the right, at sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or any associated services at any time.
4. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory protective provisions of the law of your country of residence.
