This Privacy Policy describes how personal data is collected and processed when you visit pompelmi.app or submit the Pompelmi Cloud waitlist form. It applies to data subjects located in the European Union and is written to comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Personal Data Collected
The only personal data collected on this site is the email address you voluntarily submit through the Pompelmi Cloud waitlist form on cloud.html.
No other personal data is collected. The site does not use analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or any form of browser fingerprinting. No account is created; no name, phone number, or payment information is ever requested.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Your email address is used solely to send you a single notification when Pompelmi Cloud becomes available for early access. It is not used for marketing, newsletters, or any other communication.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting pompelmideveloper@yahoo.com and requesting removal from the waitlist. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
4. Data Processor — Formspree
The waitlist form is powered by Formspree, Inc., a form-backend service operated from the United States. When you submit the form, your email address is transmitted to and stored by Formspree.

No other third-party processors receive your personal data.
5. Retention Period
Your email address is retained until the earlier of:
- the Pompelmi Cloud waitlist closes (at launch or cancellation of the service), or
- you request deletion by emailing pompelmideveloper@yahoo.com.
After the retention period ends, your email address will be permanently deleted from both the controller's records and any data held by Formspree.
6. Your Rights Under GDPR
